The grid connection bill: where it stands

I've drafted the brief from the 41 consultation responses and the committee's earlier votes. Three things to check before Thursday:

1. The benefit-sharing amendment is the one to push; two committee members raised it in the spring.
2. The environmental agency has softened, so the brief now says supports with conditions.
3. The appeal deadlines are left out, since the client has no stake there.
